These artisan mezcal copitas are made from natural gathered clays in Santa Maria Atzompa, Oaxaca, Mexico famous for their barro negro (aka black clay)

Perfect for sipping mezcal or tequila, these shot glasses will make a stunning addition to your home or bar

The earthy, pewter tone of these mezcal cups is achieved by the technique in which the pieces are fired, what’s known as burning the clay. Each piece is finished with a light interior glaze, while the exterior remains unglazed to highlight the natural colors and textures of the clay.

Beautifully handmade, each clay cup will vary slightly in size, color and shape. Each one holds around 1.5 ounces and measures approximately 1.75” inches tall with a diameter of 1.5”

Purchasing this item supports indigenous artisan communities in Oaxaca, helping them continue to thrive through their tradition and craft

Product of Mexico | Lead-free | Hand washing recommended
